Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across technology, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for multinational organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (Generative AI, Web3, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional facilitation skills with executive audiences and large-scale workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy preferred)
