Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, carbon-negative tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to investors, boards, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation through agile sprints and rapid experimentation cycles
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future-proofing methodologies
- Establish KPIs to measure impact on market positioning and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or futurism with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD/MBA preferred)
