Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology vision strategy, aligning with global sustainability and human-centric design principles
- Architect cross-disciplinary innovation frameworks integrating AI ethics, quantum applications, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to Fortune 500 partners and venture capitalists to secure ecosystem alignment
- Mentor a diverse cohort of futurists and engineers, fostering a culture of radical innovation
- Monitor geopolitical tech trends and regulatory shifts, ensuring proactive adaptation strategies
- Drive open-source initiatives to democratize emerging technologies for global impact
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies with 12+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching paradigm-shifting products (3+ exits or industry-wide adoptions)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures, generative AI ethics, and climate-tech convergence
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers (minimum 5 citations)
- Experience securing $50M+ in funding for experimental technology initiatives
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Quantum Computing from IBM or equivalent (required)
