Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 3-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Forge industry partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Drive innovation in neural interface applications and sustainable data centers
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging tech ethics and governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with proven track record of scaling innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable infrastructure
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital funding
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards
