You'll lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing predictive models, ethical frameworks, and commercialization strategies for breakthrough technologies including synthetic biology, neural interfaces, and climate-altering AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2035 technology roadmaps with predictive market analysis and scenario planning
- Lead 'Future Proof' initiatives integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for exponential technologies
- Collaborate with UN Global Futures Council on SDG alignment for disruptive innovations
- Design human-centered adoption strategies for emerging tech paradigms
- Present foresight findings to C-suite and international stakeholders
- Mentor 'Future Architects' program shaping next-gen innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or innovation leadership
- Published work in peer-reviewed futurist journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Expertise in exponential technology stacks (quantum, bio, AI, AR/VR)
- Experience with UN SDG frameworks and global policy development
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
