Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026+ across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future tech capabilities
- Author white papers and executive briefings on technological evolution scenarios
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global tech summits and futurist forums
- Mentor junior innovation strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (quantifiable impact preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
