- Architect decentralized governance frameworks for autonomous AI ecosystems
- Coordinate with DARPA and EU Horizon initiatives on post-silicon computing standards
- Author white papers on neuro-quantum interfaces and consciousness augmentation
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics through our partnership with Caltech
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic public-private partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in R&D leadership at companies like IBM Research, DeepMind, or SpaceX
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 AI governance frameworks and IEEE ethics standards
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated success in securing NSF or Horizon Europe grants
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for international collaboration
