Responsibilities

- Lead research and development in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core products.
- Establish best practices for code quality, rigorous testing, and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to keep 2026 at the forefront of AI innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to successful deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, MLOps, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
