- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
- Drive sustainability initiatives in technology development cycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech/innovation journals
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-level executives on tech strategy
- Strong network in global tech innovation ecosystems
