What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and audit protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Conduct bias assessments and impact analyses for high-stakes AI deployments
- Represent the organization in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI principles and governance best practices
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and compliance
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical breaches
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven track record in implementing ethical AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of bias mitigation techniques in machine learning
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Publications or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
