Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and venture capital firms
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural augmentation technologies
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants and venture partnerships annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ launches)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
