Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Quantify ROI scenarios for emerging technology investments
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and trend forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
