Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in prototyping future-state solutions across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable implementation plans with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor groups through compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D to validate future concepts through pilot programs and market testing
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for multinational organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or innovation management
