Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration strategies
- Drive innovation through R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ technical specialists
- Strong presentation skills with executive board experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
