Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with 10-year corporate vision
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for quantum-resistant infrastructure and AI governance
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of futuristic technologies
- Mentor cross-teams on emerging tech implications and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or foresight roles
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or unicorn environments
