Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning with long-term corporate objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and emerging consumer behaviors
- Develop predictive models and scenario analyses to quantify opportunities and mitigate risks for 2026 initiatives
- Chair cross-functional innovation workshops, fostering collaborative ideation for future-proof business models
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with compelling data visualizations and stakeholder narratives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in predictive modeling and scenario planning tools
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders on complex future scenarios
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate economics, geopolitical shifts)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar forward-looking methodology
