Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure tailored for the requirements of 2026, focusing on autonomy and long-term reasoning.
- Pioneer New Architectures: Experiment with and integrate cutting-edge neural network architectures, including next-generation Transformers and diffusion models.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Lead initiatives to reduce computational overhead while maximizing model performance and accuracy.
- Ensure Ethical Alignment: Develop and enforce rigorous safety and ethical guidelines for autonomous agents to prevent adversarial exploits.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex research into deployable, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of deploying large-scale ML models.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technology stacks for future use cases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated success in solving ambiguous, high-complexity problems in dynamic environments.
