Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI/ML strategy, aligning with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing prototypes and applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Mentor senior engineers on futuristic tech implementation
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in quantum computing frameworks and emerging protocols
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience with Web3, AR/VR, or neuromorphic computing
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
