Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech initiatives
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Published research on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
