Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI and quantum computing systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision-making algorithms for bias and fairness
- Author position papers on human-AI coexistence models for regulatory bodies and industry consortiums
- Design real-time ethical monitoring systems for deployed AI infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into technology roadmaps
- Host workshops on responsible AI practices with enterprise clients and government agencies
- Pioneer new methodologies for quantifying and mitigating existential AI risks
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Juris Doctor with technology focus
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, responsible tech, or policy development
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published work on ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience presenting complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical algorithm auditing and simulation
