Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Computer Science with ethics specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance or compliance with proven regulatory impact

- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
