Responsibilities
- Design and enforce ethical compliance frameworks for autonomous AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments using proprietary quantum-enhanced analysis tools
- Develop real-time monitoring systems for AI decision transparency and explainability
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees comprising engineers, legal experts, and community stakeholders
- Author position papers on emerging AI ethics challenges for regulatory bodies including the FTC and IEEE
- Create training programs for developers implementing ethical AI protocols
- Represent Nexus at global AI governance summits including the World Economic Forum Davos Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with specialization in AI law
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI techniques
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or equivalent professional body
- Experience implementing ethical review processes for LLM deployments
- Fluency in Python for ethics auditing tool development
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural contexts
