Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Design and implement AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Represent the company at industry forums on AI ethics and responsible innovation
- Drive research on emerging AI risks and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance with demonstrable impact
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, legal, and executive teams
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
