Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model governance, security, and data privacy.
- Conduct research into emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs) to integrate cutting-edge capabilities into our stack.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, or Java with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable production systems handling high-volume data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for translating complex problems into elegant code.
