Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous decision systems and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional audits of algorithmic fairness and bias mitigation strategies
- Develop governance policies for 2026-era AI deployment in healthcare, climate modeling, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with regulators to shape emerging AI legislation and standards
- Train technical teams on ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation principles
- Report directly to CTO on ethical risks and compliance opportunities
- Represent the company in global AI ethics consortiums and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years governance experience
- Expertise in algorithmic fairness, explainable AI, and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurosymbolic AI)
- Experience developing enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks
- Proven track record influencing AI policy through regulatory bodies or industry standards
- Strong technical background with ability to translate ethical concepts to engineering teams
