Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for next-gen AI systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance, tech ethics, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Experience with large-scale ML model auditing and bias mitigation
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's ethical implications
- Certification in AI ethics or technology governance (e.g., CSEP, CIPM)
