- Stakeholder engagement: Present ethical risk assessments to executive leadership
- Stay current with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Create transparency reports for AI systems deployed in regulated industries
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (NIST, ISO/IEC)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex ethical dilemmas
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or participation in ethics committees preferred
