Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with published research
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for sustainable tech implementation
- Experience with federal grant applications for DARPA/NIST technology initiatives
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Certification in quantum computing fundamentals (IBM/Qiskit or equivalent)
