Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques for machine learning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable policies
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics Certificate)
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
