Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.99% reliability
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with product teams to commercialize quantum solutions
- Publish research in IEEE/ACM journals and speak at international conferences
- Drive quantum security standards for next-gen cryptographic systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum circuits with error correction mechanisms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Strong background in complex systems architecture and distributed computing
- Publication record in quantum information theory or related fields
