- Monitor evolving AI regulations and advise stakeholders on compliance strategies
- Create training programs for teams on ethical AI development practices
- Represent the company in industry ethics coalitions and regulatory discussions
- Establish KPIs to track ethical performance across AI initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in AI bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and transparency frameworks
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Experience developing organizational ethics policies and compliance programs
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics (highly valued)
