- Conduct bias assessments and ethical risk evaluations for all AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Establish regulatory compliance protocols for emerging AI technologies
- Design training programs for AI practitioners on responsible development practices
- Represent the company at international AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Monitor evolving ethical landscapes and update governance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in AI governance, data ethics, or compliance leadership
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven track record of designing organizational ethics programs
- Deep understanding of AI bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Experience with multi-stakeholder collaboration across technical and non-technical domains
- Strong publication record in AI ethics or relevant policy journals
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI preferred
