Responsibilities

- Author white papers and policy recommendations for regulatory bodies
- Present findings at global technology ethics conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging ethical AI methodologies
- Conduct stakeholder workshops with industry leaders and civil society groups
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work in AI ethics, fairness algorithms, or responsible AI
- Expertise in machine learning model auditing and bias detection techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US NIST frameworks)
- Experience with generative AI deployment and ethical challenges
- Strong background in philosophical ethics applied to technology
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
