Responsibilities

- Author white papers and position papers on AI ethics for industry conferences
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Manage a team of ethics researchers and data scientists
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with AI ethics focus
- 8+ years experience in AI governance or responsible technology roles
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI transparency
- Expertise in global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience collaborating with policy bodies and standards organizations
- Strong background in machine learning model development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
