You'll conduct horizon scanning, competitive analysis, and scenario planning to position our company as an industry leader in quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, and sustainable tech ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech) to inform strategic roadmaps
- Develop and execute technology adoption frameworks for 2026-2030 initiatives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology strategy insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and innovation pipeline maturity
- Author thought leadership content and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Python/R and visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
