Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics research experience
- Published work in top-tier journals on algorithmic fairness or AI governance
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, EU AI Act guidelines)
- Proficiency in Python/R for ethical algorithm auditing and bias detection
- Experience working with regulatory bodies on technology policy development
- Strong background in applied ethics with focus on emerging technologies
- Track record of translating complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
