- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation at Fortune 500 scale
- Published thought leadership in Nature or IEEE journals
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and neural interfaces
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract projects
