Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics compliance, regulatory affairs, or related governance role
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (US-EU-China)
- Proven experience developing corporate AI ethics policies
