Qualifications
- Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics, bias detection algorithms, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and change management
- Publication record in AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool implementation
