Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk mitigation assessments
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies for ethical AI adoption
- Create governance policies for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups across engineering, legal, and research
- Produce annual ethics impact reports and regulatory compliance documentation
- Advocate for inclusive design principles in AI development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Expertise in regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience with bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and change management
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google) preferred
