Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on AI deployment across healthcare, finance, and infrastructure sectors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into ML pipelines and product lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder dialogues with policymakers, industry partners, and academic institutions on AI governance
- Author thought leadership on emerging ethical challenges in quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Establish real-time monitoring systems for AI system behavior and unintended consequences
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and ethical decision-making frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in implementing bias mitigation techniques for large-scale ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and emerging standards
- Proven experience translating ethical principles into technical requirements for engineers
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholder groups
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics, explainable AI, or algorithmic accountability
- Experience with ethical impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
