Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI governance or technology ethics
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical specifications
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research or practical experience in responsible AI deployment
- Familiarity with 2026 technology landscape projections and AI trajectory
