Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Define and enforce best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and algorithmic transparency.
- Collaborate with quantum computing research divisions to integrate hybrid computing models.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies like Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Model (LLM) architecture.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
