Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Advocate for inclusive design practices across product development lifecycle
- Lead stakeholder dialogues on AI policy and regulatory compliance
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI fairness and transparency
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or tech policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, etc.)
- Experience with cross-functional AI governance implementation
- Publication record in AI ethics or adjacent field
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
