Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record designing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI deployments
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for machine learning
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with participatory design methods for inclusive AI development
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology at top-tier conferences
