Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for generative AI systems deployed in 2026+ environments
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on responsible AI principles
- Conduct bias audits across machine learning pipelines using proprietary assessment tools
- Author white papers on AI governance for industry conferences and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in design sprints
- Monitor global AI policy trends and translate regulatory requirements into technical standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in Fortune 500 environments
- Published research on algorithmic bias or machine learning ethics
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
- Experience testifying before congressional tech committees
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar institution
