Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications on AI's societal impact post-2025
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and domain specialists
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA for 2026 technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and explainable AI
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale in regulated industries
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to C-suite executives
