Responsibilities

- Mentor PhD researchers and publish in top-tier journals
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into scalable commercial applications
- Present findings at quantum computing conferences (Q2C, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction theory
- Experience managing technical teams of 8+ researchers
- Proven track record of securing research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations
