Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year roadmaps for AI integration across industrial verticals
- Lead quantum computing research initiatives for optimization algorithms
- Design neuro-adaptive user interfaces for immersive AR/VR experiences
- Coordinate with EU and APAC labs on decentralized AI governance frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Oversee ethical AI compliance for autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor PhD fellows in human-AI symbiosis projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or related field
- 5+ years in applied AI with publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with federated learning and blockchain architectures
- Certification in ISO/IEC 42001 AI Management Systems
- Portfolio demonstrating deployed neural-symbolic systems
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaborations
