Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of applied ML research with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or computer vision
- Experience with MLOps and CI/CD for ML pipelines
